**(1) Software and Related Services：**refers to the products and services provided to you by HUGGING PTE.LTD. and its Affiliates through their legally owned and operated client application with the name of Bixin and official website of hugging.app.
(2) Affiliates: refers to companies and institutions that control, are controlled by, or are under common control with Bixin at present or in the future.
(3) Personal Information: refers to any information directly or indirectly related to an identified or identifiable natural person, especially by reference to the identifiers such as name, identity number, location data, online identifier, or one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural, or social identity of the natural person.
(4) De-identification/Anonymization: refers to the process in which the Personal Information is processed through technology to the extent that it cannot identify the subject of the Personal Information without the help of additional information, and the information such processed cannot be restored.
